This is an ASUS warranty upgrade service, not a physical product -- it extends an eligible ASUS device's original 1-year base warranty to 3 years of ASUS Onsite Service with Next Business Day (NBD) response. Once a hardware fault is logged and confirmed by ASUS support, a technician is dispatched to repair the unit at the customer's premises the next business day, rather than the device having to be shipped in for repair and returned by courier -- reducing downtime for a business-critical laptop or desktop. This is the same care-pack service as ASUS's standard 1-to-3-year Onsite/NBD upgrade; it must generally be purchased and activated within a limited window (typically 180 days) of the original product's invoice date, and it applies to one specific ASUS unit rather than being transferable between devices.
