These terms govern your use of marvel.co.za and any purchase made through it. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Products & Pricing
All prices are displayed in South African Rand and are inclusive of VAT, and already reflect a 2% EFT payment discount. While we make every effort to ensure product information and pricing are accurate, errors and omissions are possible; we reserve the right to correct any pricing or product information error, and to cancel or amend an order affected by such an error, before it is dispatched.
Product images and specifications are provided as a guide. Where a specification is not listed for a product, it is because that detail was not available to us at the time of listing, not a confirmation that the product lacks that feature.
Orders
Placing an order through the site is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (for example, where a product is unexpectedly out of stock or a listing contains an error). Once you place an order, you'll receive an order confirmation by email, and our sales team will follow up with you during trading hours to confirm payment and delivery arrangements.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or a product purchased through it, beyond the remedies available to you under applicable consumer protection law and our published Returns, Refunds & Exchanges policy.
