Delivery Timeframes
In-stock items are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of your order being confirmed. Items marked "Stock Pending" may take longer — our sales team will confirm an expected delivery date with you directly once your order comes in.
Delivery Cost
Delivery is quoted and arranged per order, based on the size, weight and destination of your order. Our sales team will confirm the delivery cost with you before your order is dispatched — this is not an automatic checkout charge.
Coverage Area
We deliver countrywide within South Africa via courier. For collections, our address and trading hours are on our Contact Us page.
Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you'll receive an order confirmation by email with your order number and a summary of your items. Our sales team will follow up during trading hours (Monday – Friday, 08h00–17h00, excluding public holidays) to arrange payment and delivery.
Payment
Prices shown on the site already include a 2% EFT payment discount. Our sales team will confirm available payment methods with you when they follow up on your order.
