ASUS AC68-01 68W USB Type-C Adapter
The ASUS AC68-01 is a compact 68W USB Type-C wall charger for ASUS (and other USB-C Power Delivery-compatible) laptops, delivering multiple voltage/current combinations -- 5V/3A, 9V/3A, 15V/3A and 20V/3.4A -- via USB PD 3.2 technology that automatically negotiates the correct output for whatever device is plugged in. It accepts universal 100-240V AC input at 50-60Hz, making it usable in South Africa and when travelling internationally with the right plug adapter, and it uses a fixed USB-C output connector with a 1.8m attached cable rather than a separate detachable cord. The adapter body itself is small at roughly 58 x 58 x 29.2mm and weighs about 205g, considerably more portable than a typical laptop's original larger power brick. Because it's USB-C PD-based rather than a proprietary barrel connector, it can also charge phones, tablets and other USB-C PD devices at their appropriate rate, not only the laptop it's paired with.
