ASUS Upgrades a unit to have 1 year Onsite Service
This is an ASUS warranty service upgrade, not a physical product -- it adds 1 year of ASUS Onsite Service with repair carried out at the customer's premises, upgrading a unit from a standard carry-in/return-to-base warranty (where the customer must send the device away for repair) to an onsite service model where an ASUS technician comes to the device instead.
