The HP ProDesk 5 G1i is a fanless, ultra-compact mini-PC thin client aimed at call centres, branch offices, retail counters and any virtual-desktop (VDI/DaaS) deployment where a full desktop PC is unnecessary overhead. It is built around a low-power Intel Processor N97 (N-series, quad-core, up to 3.6GHz) that runs cool and silent with no internal fan, keeping noise and energy use down in an office environment. This unit is configured with 8GB DDR5 SODIMM memory and 64GB M.2 eMMC flash storage. It is set up to run Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, giving it the flexibility to run local applications alongside a virtual desktop session. Wireless networking is handled by Intel AX211 Wi-Fi 6E + Bluetooth 5.3, on top of the standard Gigabit Ethernet port. A wired HP 320K keyboard and HP 320M mouse are bundled with this configuration.
