The Datalogic Magellan 3450VSi is an omni-directional imaging presentation scanner for on-counter POS use, built around a 1280x1024 imager with a maximum read rate of 39 million pixels per second, 5-mil minimum resolution, and a read height of 14.0cm above the counter. It reads barcodes across a wide range of angles (±65° pitch, full 360° roll, ±75° skew) and autodiscriminates all standard 1D symbologies (including GS1 Databar) plus 2D codes such as QR Code, Data Matrix, Aztec, and PDF417/MicroPDF417. It measures roughly 15.2 x 9.4 x 13.7cm, weighs about 600g, connects via USB or keyboard-wedge on a 4.5m cable, and draws about 3W in operation (2.6W standby).
