This is Targus's magnetic-mount privacy filter sized for a 16-inch, 16:10 aspect-ratio laptop, functionally the same micro-louvre privacy film that narrows the screen's viewing angle so only someone sitting directly in front can read it, but attached using a magnetic strip along the top bezel rather than adhesive tabs. That makes it quick to lift off and reattach through the day, useful if privacy is only needed some of the time rather than constantly, without leaving sticky residue on the laptop the way a permanent adhesive mount would.
