The SoundForm Rhythm ANC adds Active Noise Cancellation to the standard Rhythm earbud, feedforward ANC microphones on each earbud detect and cancel out steady ambient noise, traffic, aircon hum, a plane cabin, before it reaches the ear, on top of the earbuds' own passive seal. Belkin rates battery life at about 8 hours of playback from the earbuds plus roughly 20 hours from the charging case, 28 hours total, with a 10-minute fast USB-C charge giving about 90 minutes of playback. They connect over Bluetooth with multipoint support, pairing to two devices at once, and are IPX5-rated against sweat and splashes, making them suitable for gym use as well as commuting and travel, where ANC is most useful. A built-in microphone with Belkin's Clear Call Quality processing reduces background noise on calls. Like the standard Rhythm model they use a compact, lightweight stem design and come with multiple sizes of silicone ear tips for a secure, noise-isolating fit, important for ANC to work well, since a poor seal lets more outside noise leak in regardless of the electronics.
