This is an ATEN 7x3 Presentation Switch — an AV matrix switcher that routes any of 7 input sources (laptops, media players, cameras, etc.) to any of 3 output displays or projectors, commonly used in boardrooms and lecture venues where several presenters need to switch between sources quickly, or where the same content needs to be pushed to multiple screens at once. It's an AV-routing infrastructure device rather than a display or projector itself.
