Garmin Accy,xdcr,M265LH.12-pin,Dual CHIRP,1kW,In-Hull

This is a Garmin-branded Airmar M265LH transducer, an accessory (accy) fish-finding/depth sensor for the Garmin marine electronics ecosystem, supplied with a 12-pin connector for direct plug-in to compatible Garmin sounders and chartplotters. It is a dual-band CHIRP-ready, in-hull mount transducer rated at 1kW of transmit power, one of Airmar's higher-output M-series units built for boats that want strong sonar/fishfinding performance without cutting a hole through the hull. Airmar's Xducer ID technology lets the connected Garmin unit automatically recognise the transducer and load the correct operating parameters, removing manual setup.
In-hull mounting means the transducer sits inside an epoxy-filled tank bonded to the inside of a solid fibreglass hull (Airmar specifies suitability for hulls up to roughly 36 feet with 0-30° deadrise), so there is no below-waterline penetration, no thru-hull fitting and no risk of leaks — a common choice for owners who want good sonar performance but don't want haul-out downtime for a thru-hull install. Dual CHIRP operation covers a low-frequency band of roughly 42-65kHz for deep-water bottom tracking to about 3,000 feet, and a high-frequency band of roughly 130-210kHz with a narrow beam for picking out structure and individual fish targets in shallower water. Box contents are the transducer body plus its mounting tank/fairing block and the 12-pin Garmin cable.
