The Amphenol HPT-3-F is a female (outlet / power-out) cable connector from Amphenol's HPT series of locking true-mains power connectors, which Amphenol lists as comparable to the Neutrik powerCON TRUE1 TOP NAC3FX-W-TOP. It is used to build IP-rated power link cables and extension leads for stage lighting fixtures, LED screens, powered loudspeakers and outdoor event equipment. It is a 3-pole (line, neutral, earth) connector rated 16 A in Europe and 20 A in the US at 250 V AC, with screw terminals tightened with a 2 mm hex key, silver-plated contacts and a locking backshell that clamps cable from 6 to 12 mm outer diameter. The PA66 GF30 glass-filled polyamide housing is black, UL94 V-0 rated, and reaches IP65 and UL50E Type 4 when used with the matching spring or chain caps. Operating temperature is -25 to +80 °C. It mates with the male HPT-3-M. Supplied as a single connector; cable not included.
