The Amphenol ACJR-WHT is an inline female RCA (phono) cable connector from Amphenol's Musician range, with gold-plated contacts and a white shell with a white grommet. It is used to make RCA extension leads and adaptor cables, for example to extend a DJ mixer, turntable, CD player or consumer hi-fi line signal, or to build a female-ended patch lead for an installation. The colour identifies the channel in the usual RCA convention (red and white for stereo audio, black for other signals), which helps when several leads run side by side. The housing is zinc diecast, contacts are soldered and take wire up to 14 AWG (2.5 mm²), and Amphenol rates it at 10 A depending on the mating connector, IP40, UL94 V-0, -25 to +75 °C and 500 mating cycles. Supplied as a single connector; cable not included.
