Amphenol Stereo Jack Plug Diecast Shell Blck

Amphenol Stereo Jack Plug Diecast Shell Blck
More Info

The Amphenol ACPS-GB is a straight 1/4 inch (6.35 mm) stereo TRS jack plug from Amphenol's Musician range with a black-finished zinc diecast shell. Musicians, studios and sound engineers use it for balanced line leads, headphone extension cables, insert leads and patch cables, and the black finish gives a low-key look that suits stage and studio setups and helps tell stereo leads apart from nickel mono leads in the same kit. As a three-contact (tip, ring, sleeve) plug it carries balanced mono or unbalanced stereo signals. Contacts are soldered and take wire up to 18 AWG (1 mm²). Amphenol rates it at 10 A depending on the mating connector and cable, IP40, UL94 V-0 or HB, 1 GΩ insulation resistance after damp heat, -25 to +70 °C and 1,000 mating cycles. Supplied as a single plug; cable not included.
