Amphenol XLRnet D Type IDC punch down terminals CAT6

The Amphenol RJX8FD6I is a CAT6 XLRnet chassis-mount Ethernet socket in the industry-standard D-size (XLR-D) panel format, fitted with IDC punch-down terminals on the back. XLRnet combines the rugged, latching housing of professional audio connectors with RJ45 Ethernet, so network connections for digital audio (Dante, AES67 and similar), lighting control, video over IP and general data can be built into stage boxes, wall plates, floor boxes and rack panels using the same D-size cut-out as XLR, speakON and other D-type connectors. The IDC terminals let installers punch down solid or stranded CAT6 cable directly, without a patch lead behind the panel. The front has a push-button latch for releasing a locking XLRnet cable connector, and a standard RJ45 plug can also be used. It has a nickel-finished metal flange and is mounted with two screws.
