This is an APC Easy Rack server rack cabinet: a 600mm-wide, 24U-tall, 1000mm-deep enclosure sold with a roof panel, side panels, castors (for moving it when needed), levelling feet, and 4 mounting brackets, finished in black. It ships without a bottom panel, and it's a standard 19-inch rack format for mounting servers, switches, patch panels and other rack-mount IT equipment in a server room or comms cupboard. Side and roof panels give it a more enclosed, tidier appearance than an open-frame rack, while the castors and feet let it be positioned as either a movable or a fixed, levelled installation depending on the site.
