The APC Online SRT 5000VA/4500W is a double-conversion online UPS available as a tower or 3U rack-mount unit (rail kit SRTRK2 sold separately) for protecting servers, network racks and other critical equipment from power outages and unstable mains — a genuine concern in South Africa's load-shedding environment. It includes a network management card for remote monitoring, a VRLA battery for maintenance-free operation, and is backed by a 3-year warranty on the UPS itself and 2 years on the batteries. Sized at 5kVA/4500W, it suits a full server rack or several pieces of networking/comms equipment rather than a single desktop PC.
