The APC Smart-UPS SRT 3000VA RM is a rack-mount, double-conversion online UPS designed for servers, networking gear and other critical IT equipment in a data centre or comms room. Being a true online (double-conversion) UPS, it continuously regenerates clean AC power rather than switching over on mains failure, giving equipment zero transfer time and better protection against voltage sags, spikes and generator power quality issues than a standard line-interactive UPS. It supports both 208V and 230V IEC input configurations, making it suitable for a range of regional power setups. Runtime at full 3000VA load will depend on connected battery packs, which are typically sold or expanded separately.
