This is a professional start-up/commissioning service, not a physical product — an APC-branded installation and initial setup service delivered on a 5x8 basis (5 days a week, 8 hours a day, i.e. standard business hours rather than 24/7 emergency coverage) at a Gaborone location, indicating this SKU is scoped to APC equipment deployments in Botswana. Start-up services like this typically cover professional installation, configuration and commissioning of newly purchased APC power-protection equipment (such as a UPS) by a qualified technician, rather than covering the hardware itself. The specific piece of equipment this service applies to isn't named in the listing.
