The Armor3 NuChamp is a wireless Bluetooth controller built for Nintendo Switch and Switch Lite, aimed at players who want a genuine third-party alternative to the Joy-Con or Pro Controller with a few extras neither of those offer at their price point. Rear-mounted, remappable pro paddle buttons put extra inputs under the fingers without ever taking a thumb off the sticks, useful for fighting games and shooters where every fraction of a second not spent moving a thumb to a face button matters. It supports motion controls for titles that use gyro aiming or tilt-based input, and includes force feedback (rumble) plus a turbo function for rapid-fire input in games that support it. Its rechargeable internal battery is rated for 8-10 hours of play per charge, enough for a long session without needing a mid-game top-up, and it connects to the Switch purely over Bluetooth with no separate dongle or receiver required. Armor3 designs its controllers in the USA, and its products are distributed exclusively through Hyperkin, Inc. It weighs 0.318 kg and measures 11 x 9 x 18 cm, and this black colourway carries the same 1-year warranty as the rest of the NuChamp line.
