The Asustor Lockerstor 6 Gen2 (AS6706T) is a six-bay NAS built for growing small businesses, creative studios and power users who need plenty of capacity with fast networking. It runs an Intel Celeron N5105 quad-core CPU (2.0GHz, burst 2.9GHz) and ships with 8GB of DDR4 memory, expandable to 16GB. Six hot-swappable SATA bays take 3.5-inch or 2.5-inch drives for up to 108TB raw, while four M.2 2280 NVMe slots allow SSD caching or a separate high-speed volume. Two 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet ports come standard, with a PCIe slot for an optional 10GbE card when your network is ready. Two USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports, an HDMI 2.0b output and a front LCD status panel are included, and an internal 250W power supply keeps the desk tidy. It runs Asustor ADM with Btrfs snapshots and backup tools, supports up to 14 drives with expansion units and carries a 3-year warranty. Drives are sold separately.
