The Asustor Lockerstor 6 Gen3 (AS6806T) is a high-performance six-bay NAS for businesses, post-production teams and serious home labs that need very fast networking and strong data protection. It moves to an AMD Ryzen Embedded V3C14 quad-core processor (2.3GHz, burst 3.8GHz) with 16GB of ECC DDR5-4800 memory, expandable to 64GB. Six hot-swappable SATA bays support up to 108TB raw, and four M.2 2280 NVMe slots run at PCIe 4.0 for caching or flash volumes. Networking is generous out of the box: two 10 Gigabit and two 5 Gigabit Ethernet ports, plus a PCIe slot for another 10GbE card. Two USB4 40Gbps Type-C ports connect to external storage or another Lockerstor Gen3, with three USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports alongside. Note there is no HDMI output on this model. It has a front LCD, a 250W internal PSU, runs Asustor ADM, supports up to 18 drives with expansion and carries a 3-year warranty. Drives not included.
