The Atlona AT-HDR-EX-100CEA-KIT is an HDBaseT transmitter and receiver pair that extends 4K HDR HDMI video, audio, control and Ethernet up to 100 m over a single category cable. It is used to connect sources in an equipment rack or lectern to projectors and displays across boardrooms, classrooms, lecture halls and hospitality venues. Because 4K/60 4:4:4 HDR needs more than 10 Gbps, the kit applies very light, visually lossless compression so that full-quality 4K/60 4:4:4, HDR10, HLG and Dolby Vision content passes over HDBaseT. It is HDCP 2.2 compliant with a 600 MHz pixel clock and supports resolutions up to 4096 x 2160 at 60 Hz plus a wide set of VESA and 21:9 formats. Audio pass-through includes LPCM 7.1, Dolby TrueHD, Dolby Atmos, DTS-HD Master Audio and DTS:X, and the kit carries optical return audio from the display end back to the source end. Bidirectional RS-232 and IR, a LAN port on each unit and PoE powering of the receiver from the transmitter (48 V input on the TX) simplify installation. Both units operate from 0 to 50 C.
