The Audac CLS420/W is a slim white column loudspeaker with four 3-inch full-range drivers, designed for indoor installations where speech intelligibility and music clarity matter. Typical uses are houses of worship, auditoriums, sports facilities, conference and meeting rooms, public buildings and schools. The column arrangement behaves like a single tall sound source, giving wide horizontal dispersion (115 degrees) with a controlled vertical pattern, which helps in acoustically difficult, reverberant rooms. It handles 20 W continuous (AES) and 40 W programme power, with a frequency response of 170 Hz to 15 kHz and a maximum SPL of 91 dB. A built-in 100 V line transformer offers 20 W and 10 W taps for distributed PA systems, and connections are made on a screw terminal. The housing is aluminium with an aluminium grille, finished in white RAL9001, and a multifunction wall bracket is included so the speaker can be swivelled and tilted down. It measures 104 x 478 x 86 mm and weighs 2.1 kg. Audac lists it as discontinued, replaced by the LINO4.
