The Audac RMA40A/B is a black light-track adapter mount that lets an Audac ATEO4 loudspeaker be hung from a 3-phase lighting track rail, the type widely used for spotlights in shops, showrooms, galleries and restaurants. Using the existing lighting track means speakers can be positioned and moved alongside the lights without drilling new ceiling fixings or running separate brackets. The adapter locks into the rail with an easy, quick lock-in mechanism assisted by a compression spring, and it comes with an included WMA40 bracket that adds an extra 30-degree angle, giving plenty of freedom to aim the speaker in any direction. The connection is purely mechanical: no electrical connection is made between the loudspeaker and the lighting track, so speaker cabling is run separately. Audac states it is compatible with 3-phase lighting track rails from most major brands, including Eutrac, Staff, Nordic, Global, Ivela and Stucchi. This is the black version (a white RMA40A/W is also available). The ATEO4 loudspeaker is not included. Installers of background music systems in retail, hospitality and exhibition spaces are the typical buyers.
