The Audinate Dante AVIO Bluetooth IO Adapter (2x1) connects Bluetooth devices such as phones, tablets and laptops to a Dante audio-over-IP network. It is a small in-line adapter with a single RJ45 port that is powered by Power over Ethernet (802.3af Class 1), so no separate power supply is needed. It provides two channels in to the Dante network (stereo playback from the Bluetooth device) and one channel out, which enables use cases such as background music from a presenter's phone in a meeting room, or Bluetooth hands-free (HFP) call audio in conferencing setups. It supports Bluetooth 5.0 with A2DP (AAC and aptX) and HFP profiles, operates at 24-bit / 48 kHz, and supports both Dante and AES67 RTP transport. Latency is configurable at 1, 2 or 5 ms in Dante Controller. It is plug-and-play with no drivers needed and comes in a rugged ABS enclosure. Typical users are AV integrators working in corporate, education, hospitality and worship venues.
