The Baseline 16GB microSDHC memory card is an affordable way to add storage to a phone, tablet, digital camera, dash cam or MP3 player, and it comes with a full-size SD adapter so the same card can be read in a laptop or camera with a standard SD slot. 16GB holds a few thousand photos, a decent music library or a couple of hours of HD video, which makes it a sensible pick for an older phone, a kid's tablet, a security camera or as a spare card to keep in the camera bag. Baseline is a budget house brand widely sold in South Africa, and the card is RoHS compliant. Esquire lists the card as Class 10 UHS-I with a 5-year warranty; the retail pack shown in our photo carries older Class 4 artwork, so if you need guaranteed Class 10 recording speeds for 4K or high-bitrate video, confirm the rating on the card before buying for that purpose.
