Being a CPO unit means this laptop has been previously used and then tested/refurbished by the seller before resale, typically offered at a lower price than an equivalent brand-new unit while still being functionally verified — a sensible option for a business or individual buyer who wants flagship ThinkPad build quality and this generation's Core Ultra 7 performance without new-unit pricing. At 32GB RAM and 1TB storage, this configuration has ample headroom for demanding office multitasking, and the WUXGA (1920x1200) 14-inch display matches the standard resolution used across the X1 Carbon range. Because this is a refurbished unit, buyers should confirm the exact refurbishment grade, remaining battery health and included warranty terms with Marvel before purchase, since these details aren't captured in the short catalogued product name.
