This Dell enterprise SSD offers 1.92TB of capacity on a 24Gbps SAS interface, in a 2.5" hot-plug form factor - a server/storage-array drive rather than a consumer desktop SSD. "ISE" (Instant Secure Erase) and "RI" (Read Intensive) designate its security and workload class: read-intensive drives are optimised and endurance-rated for workloads dominated by read operations with comparatively light write activity, and Instant Secure Erase allows the drive's encryption key to be instantly wiped for fast, cryptographically secure data destruction when decommissioning.
