The Garmin Descent Mk2s is the smaller-cased member of Garmin's mid-tier dive computer/smartwatch line, sitting above the entry-level Descent G1 and offering more advanced technical-diving modes in a 43mm case built for smaller wrists. It supports single and multi-gas (including nitrox and trimix), gauge, apnea, apnea hunt, and closed-circuit rebreather dive modes, is rated to 100m, and pairs GPS, GLONASS and Galileo for surface positioning. As an everyday smartwatch it adds wrist heart rate, Pulse Ox blood-oxygen, respiration, stress, sleep and recovery monitoring, Garmin Pay contactless payment, and on-watch music storage for up to 2,000 songs, well beyond what the plain Descent G1 offers.
