ATEN DVI-I Dual Display KVM over IP Receiver
This is the receiver half of an ATEN DVI-I dual-display KVM-over-IP system — a device that sits at the user's desk and reconstructs keyboard, video (two displays) and mouse access to a remote computer whose transmitter unit (sold separately, also in this catalog) is connected directly to that computer, with the two communicating over a standard IP network rather than a direct cable run. This lets an operator work at a desk some distance from the actual PC — common in broadcast, control room, secure/noisy-equipment-room, or virtualization-lab environments — over existing network infrastructure instead of dedicated extender cabling, and supports dual independent displays rather than a single-monitor setup.
