Rated for 3600W of continuous AC output with a 7200W surge rating, the Power Hub can start and run demanding appliances (motors, compressors, power tools) that draw a large inrush current briefly at startup. It connects to EcoFlow's DC battery packs and solar arrays, and includes Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and CAN bus connectivity for monitoring and control through the EcoFlow app, alongside EcoFlow's X-Boost (which allows higher-wattage appliances to run on less available power by adjusting voltage/current delivery) and X-Stream fast-charging technologies. Being listed "for Power Kit Prepared" indicates this unit is sold as part of, or configured for, EcoFlow's Power Kit system — intended for South African buyers building a home solar/battery backup setup capable of running essential circuits during load shedding or as an off-grid power source, rather than as a small portable power station for camping.
