These are genuine EPOS (Sennheiser) spare ear cushions for the ADAPT 560 Bluetooth headset (part 1000228), supplied as a pair in black. Over time, headset ear pads wear, flatten or crack, which reduces comfort and passive noise isolation; fitting new cushions restores the fit and keeps a shared or heavily used headset hygienic. They are designed to snap into place on the ADAPT 560's ear cups, so no tools are needed, and they keep the headset's professional appearance. They are aimed at office workers, contact centres and hybrid workers who use the ADAPT 560 all day for calls and online meetings, and at IT departments who keep spare parts for their headset fleet. Check that your headset is the original ADAPT 560: EPOS sells separate ear pads for the newer ADAPT 560 II.
