The EPOS IMPACT 860T is a double-sided (binaural) wired USB-C headset certified for Microsoft Teams, built for desk workers in busy open-plan offices and hybrid staff moving between office and home. Its adaptive beamforming microphone system uses three digital MEMS microphones and EPOS AI to separate the user's voice from surrounding noise, and it delivers super-wideband call audio plus stereo sound for music and media. A 360-degree busylight signals when the user is on a call, TalkThrough lets them speak to colleagues without taking the headset off, and smart features answer, end or mute calls by moving the boom arm. EPOS ActiveGard protects against sudden loud sound spikes. It connects by USB-C, and a USB-C to USB-A adapter is included for older PCs. The headset weighs 189 g and has soft on-ear cushions and a padded headband. In the box: headset, USB-C to A adapter, carry bag, quick guide and safety sheet. Warranty is 2 years.
