The EPOS USB-C Call Control for ADAPT 100 (EPOS part 1000909) is the replacement detachable cable with in-line call control for EPOS ADAPT 100 Series office headsets. The ADAPT 100 headsets use a detachable cable: the headset's 3.5 mm jack plugs into the in-line control unit, which connects to a laptop, desktop, tablet or phone through USB-C. The control unit lets the user adjust volume, mute and unmute the microphone and answer or end calls without reaching for the computer, and this version is certified for Microsoft Teams with a dedicated Teams button. It is useful when the original cable is lost, damaged or needed for a USB-C-only laptop, and for IT departments that keep spares for a fleet of ADAPT 100 headsets. EPOS lists the ADAPT 100 range with speaker frequency response of 20 to 20,000 Hz and EPOS Voice and ActiveGard hearing protection, and devices can be managed with EPOS Connect and EPOS Manager software. Only the call control cable is supplied; the headset is not included. It carries EPOS's standard two-year warranty.
