The Epson EcoTank L3310 is an entry-level A4 3-in-1 ink tank printer for homes, students and small offices that print often and want to stop buying cartridges. It prints, copies and scans in colour, with ink fed from refillable front tanks that are topped up from bottles, so running costs stay very low and ink levels are always visible. ISO print speeds are about 11 ppm black and 6 ppm colour (up to 33 ppm black in draft), with a time to first page of around 10 seconds, and it can print borderless 10 x 15 cm photos. The flatbed CIS scanner scans at 600 x 1200 dpi and copies at up to A4 size, up to 20 copies at a time. Paper loads into a 100-sheet rear tray and comes out into a 30-sheet output tray, handling plain paper, photo paper and envelopes in A4, A5 and A6. Simple button controls keep it easy to use, and it connects to a PC or Mac over USB. It measures 361 x 317 x 162 mm.
