The Epson H-LS970W is a high-brightness short-throw projector rated at 4000 lumens, designed to throw a large, bright image from close to the screen or wall — useful in classrooms, boardrooms and home-entertainment setups where there isn't room for a projector to sit far back, and where reducing shadows/glare from presenters standing near the screen matters. Its short-throw optics mean it can be mounted close to or just below the projection surface while still filling a large screen area. As a higher-lumen short-throw model it's aimed at buyers who need a bright image in rooms with some ambient light, rather than a dim home-cinema-only setup, and at installers who need flexible, space-constrained mounting.
