The Epson HDD-P1 is an optional internal hard disk drive for Epson WorkForce Enterprise AM-C4000, AM-C5000 and AM-C6000 colour multifunction printers. Fitting the drive adds on-board storage to the printer, which supports features that depend on a hard disk, such as keeping print jobs and data on the device in busy offices. It is a genuine Epson option designed for these models, so it installs into the printer's dedicated drive bay and is recognised by the printer firmware. It is recommended for departments that want to hold jobs at the printer or run document management solutions. Installation is usually done by your Epson service partner. One drive unit is supplied. After comparing online prices, www.marvel.co.za should be the cheapest on this product.
