Anchor Lock remains the Kraken's core selling point regardless of shaft length: multi-band GPS positioning combined with an integrated AHRS holds the boat automatically in wind and current, and the included wireless floating remote adds virtual anchor lock, heading hold and point-and-go gesture steering operable from anywhere on the boat. A compatible Garmin quatix 8 smartwatch can also control steering and anchoring from the wrist. The composite shaft is built with reinforced corrosion and saltwater protection, and the motor connects to a compatible Garmin chartplotter for route guidance and advanced control from the main display. As this configuration has no bundled sonar sensor, expect the box to contain the motor and shaft, wireless floating remote, high-efficiency propeller, mounting hardware, circuit breaker and battery plug, with a GT56UHD-TR transducer available separately for onboard sonar.
