HellermannTyton T120R Insulok cable ties are heavy-duty, inside-serrated nylon ties for bundling and securing cables, pipes and hoses. HellermannTyton's T120R(E) in standard polyamide 6.6 measures 387 mm long, 7.6 mm wide and 1.8 mm thick, bundles diameters from 3 mm up to 100 mm, and has a minimum tensile strength of 535 N. The one-piece tie has a plastic locking pawl and can be fitted by hand or with a HellermannTyton tensioning tool. It is halogen-free, rated UL 94 V2 for flammability and works from -40 to +85 degrees Celsius. This natural (uncoloured) version is not UV-stabilised, so it is best used indoors, for example in racks, cable trays, stage and AV installations, electrical panels and data cabinets.
