This is Hexis Skintac HX20000 premium cast vinyl in Alloy Grey "Wet Look" satin (Hexis colour code HX20G15W), sold by the metre from a 1,520 mm wide roll for professional vehicle wrapping and colour-change work. Skintac HX20000 is Hexis's flagship full-wrap film: a multilayer cast polymeric PVC face film on a HEX'Press structured release liner, with a permanent, transparent solvent-based acrylic adhesive. The structured adhesive creates micro air channels so trapped air can be pushed out during application, making large panels faster and more forgiving to wrap, and the film can be removed cleanly when the wrap is changed. Being a cast film, it conforms to complex curves, contours and recesses such as bumpers and mirrors much better than calendered vinyl, and Hexis classes it as a long-term durability film. A one-metre length at 1,520 mm wide suits bonnets, roofs, mirror caps, trim, accents and repairs, or sampling the colour before a full wrap.
