The Hikvision DS-2CE16D0T-IRF is a 2MP (1080p) analogue HD mini bullet camera for DVR-based CCTV systems, a common choice for homes, shops and small business sites in South Africa. It is a 4-in-1 camera, so it can output TVI, AHD, CVI or CVBS and work with most HD DVRs. This version has a 2.8 mm fixed lens, giving a wide view of about 103° horizontally for entrances, passages and small yards. Infrared LEDs provide black-and-white night vision up to about 20 m, with an IR-cut filter that switches automatically between day and night. The weatherproof bullet housing suits outdoor mounting, and the bracket adjusts in pan, tilt and rotation. It runs on 12 V DC (max 4 W), so it can share a standard CCTV power supply. Coax or video balun cabling, a DVR and a hard drive are needed and sold separately.
