The Hisense 58Q6Q is a 58-inch 4K QLED smart TV from Hisense's Q6Q series, a good size for a medium to large South African lounge. Its Direct LED panel uses Quantum Dot colour with a wide colour gamut, 350-nit typical brightness and a 3840 x 2160 resolution, and supports Dolby Vision, HDR10, HDR10+ and HLG, with an AI 4K upscaler for lower-resolution content. The native 60Hz panel adds MEMC smooth motion, and Game Mode PLUS brings VRR and ALLM over HDMI for consoles. Sound is a 2 x 10W system with Dolby Atmos. VIDAA OS runs the streaming apps such as Netflix, YouTube and Prime Video, with voice control and AirPlay, Miracast and Anyview screen sharing. Connections include three 4K HDMI inputs (HDMI 3 with eARC), two USB 2.0 ports, optical audio, Ethernet, dual-band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.0. In the box: the TV, remote, two AAA batteries and a user manual.
