Hive Industries CueEther Remote ethernet cueing (Receiver)

Hive Industries CueEther Remote ethernet cueing (Receiver)
More Info

The CueEther Receiver (CUEETHER-RX) is a professional remote presentation-control device that lets presenters in distanced or hybrid events advance their own slides from anywhere. Designed and made in the UK by Interspace Industries and distributed by Hive Industries, it connects to the presentation computer by USB and to the local network by Ethernet. Cues are sent from Interspace's free GlobalCue.Live browser software via the i2Bridge PC app: the technician's control PC runs GlobalCue.Live and i2Bridge, which talks to the online server and then broadcasts the cue data over the local network as UDP to each CueEther unit. The receiver appears to the presentation computer as a standard USB keyboard, so no software or driver needs to be installed on the show machine. Each unit has a pair of DIP switches that can be set to one of four IDs, so up to four presenters or machines can be addressed separately. It is well suited to conference production companies, corporate AV teams and venues running remote speakers. A USB-A to USB-B or USB-C to USB-B cable option is offered.
