The HP 43X (C8543X) is the original high-yield black LaserJet toner cartridge for HP's large-format A3 workhorse printers: the LaserJet 9000, 9000L MFP, 9040, 9040 MFP, 9050 and 9050 MFP, and the M9040/M9050 MFP series. It is rated for approximately 30,000 pages, making it suited to high-volume offices, print rooms and small workgroups that run these monochrome A3 machines. HP's Smart Printing technology and microfine toner formula deliver sharp black text and consistent results, and using a genuine cartridge helps protect print quality and reliability on these older fleet printers. The cartridge is a substantial unit, measuring about 595 x 198 x 396 mm in its packaging and weighing approximately 4.2 kg, so plan storage accordingly. Recommended operating conditions are 10 - 32.5 °C at 15 - 90% relative humidity. The box contains one toner cartridge and a recycling guide; used cartridges can be returned through HP Planet Partners where available.
