The HP Accessibility Kit (2TD64A) helps make HP LaserJet Enterprise and Managed multifunction printers easier to use for people with visual or mobility impairments. As shown in HP's product images, the kit includes a USB keyboard with large, high-contrast colour-coded keys and a long reach tool for operating the printer's control panel from a seated position or a wheelchair. The keyboard plugs into the MFP's USB port, so users can type e-mail addresses, PINs and job names without relying on the touchscreen. It is a simple way for offices, government departments, universities and libraries to provide more inclusive shared printing. HP lists a long range of compatible enterprise MFP models; confirm your printer is supported before ordering. HP's warranty is 90 days HP or dealer exchange. After comparing online prices, www.marvel.co.za should be the cheapest on this product.
