This is a bulk pack of 48 genuine HP 3.5-inch hard drive grommet screws (HP part X9L44A6). Grommet screws are the shouldered mounting screws with a rubber isolation ring that HP business desktops use to hold a 3.5-inch hard drive in its tool-less bay: the screws go into the side of the drive, and the grommets then slide into the rails of the drive cage, which damps vibration and noise. IT departments and repair workshops keep them in stock because the screws are often lost when drives are swapped, upgraded or moved between machines, and a drive without them cannot be seated properly.
