The HP Color LaserJet CP5225N is a compact business colour laser printer aimed at small workgroups of 5-15 users. It prints both black and colour at up to 20 pages per minute, at up to 600x600dpi resolution enhanced by HP's ImageREt 3600 technology for smoother text, lines and colour gradients. It supports HP PCL 6, PCL 5c and PostScript Level 3 emulation for broad application compatibility, manual duplex printing (flipping pages by hand rather than an automatic duplexer), and has a 100-sheet tray 1 plus a 250-sheet tray 2 for a combined 350-sheet input capacity. Built-in Fast Ethernet (10/100) networking lets it be shared across an office directly. It uses separate CE740A (black), CE741A (cyan), CE743A (magenta) and CE742A (yellow) toner cartridges, and takes a single DDR2 DIMM memory module in its one 144-pin slot.
