The HP LaserJet Enterprise 700 MFP M725dn is an A3-capable monochrome laser multifunction printer built for busy workgroups of roughly 10-30 users, not a desktop personal printer. It prints, copies and scans at up to 41ppm A4 mono, fed by a 100-sheet automatic document feeder and two 250-sheet input trays, with a 250-sheet output bin for reasonable unattended runs. Scanning goes up to 600dpi with digital-sending (scan-to-email/folder) support, and a walk-up USB port lets a user print from or save to a flash drive without a PC. An integrated network card and an 8-inch colour touchscreen make it suitable as a shared office device managed over the network. It uses the HP 14A (CF214A) black toner cartridge, a widely stocked, inexpensive consumable that keeps running costs predictable for high-volume mono printing.
