This is a 9-pack of HPE-supplied TS1150-class enterprise backup tape cartridges in "TeraPack" bulk packaging, the standard restocking format for large automated tape libraries. This "Cert" (certified) variant has been pre-tested/certified rather than shipped blank, which some backup environments require or prefer for guaranteed media quality before it goes into production rotation. Data centres and enterprises running tape-based backup, archival or disaster-recovery systems buy tape media in TeraPack quantities like this to keep tape libraries stocked in bulk. Note: the source listing supplies no further technical spec (native capacity, tape length) beyond what's stated here, so none is invented in this description.
